Mike Conner became the manager of Hutchinson Co-op in August of 2003 after managing two North Dakota cooperatives. Mike is married to wife Renee and they have three grown children: Shelby, Lia, & Kyle. "Customer satisfaction is what we strive for" at Hutchinson Co-op. Satisfied customers will correlate to bottom line success. We also want to conduct business in a manor that is respectful to our community & of our environment. |

Tina Huebner is the Assistant Manager of Hutchinson Co-op. She started at the co-op in 1986 with her college on-the-job training. She attended the Willmar College receiving a degree in Agri Business Office Management. She is active in the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce serving on the Board of Directors, Executive Board and the Agri Business Task Force. |

Chris Bomstad is the Office Manager at Hutchinson Co-op. She began her employment in 1984. Prior to working at the co-op she was the bookkeeper for Ag-Land Co-op in Gaylord. She graduated from Atwater High School and continued her education at the Willmar Vo-Tech where she received her Ag Business Office Degree. |

Duane Schecher is the Grain/Feed Manager at Hutchinson Co-op. Prior to Hutch Co-op Duane worked at the Garfield Elevator, spent 10 years running a co-op in Verona, ND, and 5 years running a coop in Perley, MN. Duane is the newest member of our team and he hopes to work as hard as he can to gain your trust to market your grain and buy your feed from us. |

Dean Brehmer is the Service Station Manager and has been with the co-op since 1984. He has held the positions of Station Attendant, Tire Department Supervisor, Fuel and Lube Oil Supervisor, and has been the Service Station Manager since 1989. He graduated from Bellingham High School and attended Willmar Vo-Tech graduating with a two-year Ag Business degree. Following graduation he worked at the Pioneer Hybrid Seed Research Station. |

Willis Greeley is the Energy Department Manager for Hutchinson Co-op. He started with the company in 1992. He was employed with the Hutchinson Farmer’s Elevator Association for 20 years before starting employment with the co-op. |

Paul Barchenger is the Agronomy Division Manager at Hutchinson Co-op. He joined the company in 1997. Before coming to the
co-op, he worked at Ag-Land Co-op in Gaylord. He was employed there for 12 years and worked in various departments including fuel, propane, and agronomy. Paul attended Mankato Technical College after graduation from high school. |

Leon Dose is the Plant Manager at the Arlington Agronomy Center. He has been employed in agronomy since 1980 and with the co-op system since 1996. Prior to the co-op system, he worked for Cropmate ConAgra as a salesperson and custom applicator. Before getting into the fertilizer business, he was a certified welder working on pressure vessels. |

Trent Palm is the Plant Manager of the Lester Prairie Agronomy Center. Trent has been with the co-op since 2011. He grew up in the small town of Isanti, MN. While working at the Federated Coop in his home town Trent gained his passion for the agriculture industry. After leaving the Federated Coop Trent worked for Kragnes Farmers Elevator in the Fargo/Moorhead area as the Agronomy Sales Manager. Trent has knowledge in sales, management, seed, fertilizer, and crop protection. |
